Terms of Use

These terms describe use of Jugsy: Water Tracker and this website, provided by 96 Creative Labs. By using Jugsy, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. What Jugsy does

Jugsy helps you record water and other supported habits, reflect a goal you choose, schedule optional check-ins, and view progress. It is a general wellness and record-keeping tool, not medical advice, a diagnosis, or an emergency service. Missed logging does not establish dehydration.

Choose goals appropriate for your circumstances. If you have individual fluid requirements or restrictions, follow your clinician's guidance. Jugsy does not guarantee any health or habit outcome, and reminder delivery depends on your device and Apple's scheduling controls.

2. Free access and Pro limits

The free plan includes one active saved bottle or cup and water logging until you have recorded water on five consecutive local-calendar days. Any water entry counts toward a logged day; reaching your daily goal is not required for this access rule.

The entry completing day five is saved. Further entries require active Jugsy Pro access, including entries made through widgets, notifications, and Watch requests. Missing days before reaching five breaks that consecutive run. Once the limit is reached, deleting entries, missing a day, or reopening the app does not reset it.

Your existing records and earned rewards are not erased if you decline Pro or a subscription expires. Today's records can still be adjusted. Full earlier history and detailed insights, additional saved cups and habits, and certain widget features require Pro. Extra saved cups remain stored after expiry, with the usual cup active for free use.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and renewal

The planned US launch options are $8.99 per year or $3.99 per week. The App Store shows the actual localized price, billing period, taxes where applicable, introductory offer, and renewal terms before you confirm a purchase. Those displayed terms control your transaction.

A three-day introductory free trial is planned for eligible new subscribers. Eligibility is determined through the App Store. You may redeem only one introductory offer in the Jugsy Pro subscription group. Switching plans does not grant another trial. The free logging period described above is separate from an App Store introductory trial.

If you accept a trial, the selected paid subscription begins afterward unless canceled under Apple's displayed terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in time; cancel at least 24 hours before the current trial or billing period ends to avoid the next renewal charge. Charges are handled through your Apple Account.

Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Jugsy does not cancel billing. Restore Purchases checks access for eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account; no active entitlement is guaranteed if a subscription has expired or a purchase is still processing.

Apple handles refund requests according to its policies and applicable law. You can request assistance at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights.

4. Devices and optional integrations

The launch app targets iPhone with iOS 17 or later and its companion Apple Watch app targets watchOS 10 or later. Some features depend on compatible hardware, permissions, current subscription access, and connectivity.

Watch requests may wait for your paired iPhone and are not confirmed as saved until acknowledged. The iPhone can reject stale or invalid requests or entries that require Pro. Check pending status rather than assuming an offline tap has updated your total.

Apple Health export is optional and limited to Jugsy water. Export errors do not undo a successful local drink entry. Disabling export or deleting the app does not automatically remove previous Health exports. You control related permissions in Apple's settings and Health app.

5. Your records and sharing

You are responsible for the accuracy of entries and goals you choose. You retain your rights in your own submitted records. Sharing artwork, summaries, or screenshots is your choice; review what you share and where it will be sent.

Jugsy's handling of records, permissions, local activity summaries, and subscription information is described in the Privacy Policy. Jugsy does not promise a developer-hosted backup or cross-device cloud-sync service. Device loss, uninstalling apps, storage failures, or device backup settings may affect access to local data.

6. Permitted use

Use Jugsy lawfully, on devices you are permitted to use, and consistently with Apple's license terms. Do not misuse purchase services, falsify transactions, circumvent access controls, or interfere with the app or other users' information.

Jugsy's software, branding, and artwork are protected by intellectual-property rights. Purchasing a subscription grants access to features under the applicable license; it does not transfer ownership of those materials.

7. Updates, availability, and rights

We may maintain and update the app for compatibility, security, and product improvements. Services and optional integrations can be affected by Apple, RevenueCat, device behavior, or connectivity. Any paid-service changes and notices remain subject to applicable law and App Store requirements.

To the extent allowed by applicable law and the governing app license, the app is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Apple's Standard EULA governs the app license and its applicable dispute provisions.

You must be able to accept these terms under your local law, or use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required.
